Where on line can I find instructions on how to repair an old, theater popcorn machine?

A neighbor gave me an old, theater popcorn machine some time ago. It is the red, yellow and glass kind of popcorn machines that you still see in theaters today. There is no name on it who the manufacturer is though. I need to figure out how to rewire it and put it back together to use in the home. Thanks!

There are usually only two parts to a pop corn machine -the heating element and the timer.
Firstly be sure you are unplugged.
If you can locate the timer you can jumper across it – then plug it in to see if the heater comes on. If it does then the heating element is working. If no heat (takes a few minutes) very possible that the heating element is gone – They are hard to find for a replacement.
The timer will control two wires going to the heater – One for popping the corn and another for keeping it warm. If the timer is shot – you may have trouble locating one to use as a replacement.
Usually, the warmer will have a resistor in the wire going to the heater to lower the voltage/current.
That’s about it – Tracing the wires is your job.
Hope this helped
Good luck.
I think there is no ‘repair’ manual for what you have. You need to know how to restore something like this, You need to Electrical, glass, plastic, engineering, know it all.
If you do not know what your doing, get help. If it too big of a job, pay some company to restore it. I have no idea where you call home, but there will be some restorer that will take this on in your neck of the woods.
