How much popcorn would I need to feed 80 5-year-olds?

we have a popcorn machine and I am trying to work out a) how much to give each child and b) how much popping corn I should get.
it isn’t for watching a movie – it’s just as a short snack – so they get to watch it come out of the machine and pick the topping etc.
Thanks

Since it’s just a snack a little sandwich baggie full should be enough.
Ahy, that sounds chaotic! 80 five year olds? Yikes! Anyways, knowing that one bag can usually serve me and my mom, I’de say 1/4 a bag per kid, or a bag for four kids.
Good luck!
Check some web sites for the proper feeding of popcorn. A site should be able to tell u what the correct amount for a 5 year old should be.
You are using a popping machine, so I would go with a large economy sized bag. An appropriate sized snack for children is about 1.5-2 cups popped. However, if you are using a healthy oil, and no butter, and in an air popper, that can be raised to about 3 cups, since popcorn itself is fairly nutritious. You might want to just measure out about a cup, though, since that should be enough to get through a short movie snack.
I’d personally just make a whole bunch, and take it home or give it to the other staff or whoever were there whatever was left over. It’s not hard to get rid of left-over popcorn.
